Invite your students, members or guests into an experience that brings movement, meaning and personal exploration together.
From the spiritual study of ALL IN to the embodied experiences of Divine in 9 Flows, Dr. Lisha Antiqua offers workshops designed to create conversation, connection and a deeper experience of yoga.
E-RYT 500 • YACEP • PhD in Transpersonal Psychology • Yoga educator and teacher trainer since 2006

Available for studios, retreats, organizations, communities and special events.
Every group is different. Dr. Lisha’s workshops can be shaped around the people in the room, the time available and the conversation your community is ready to explore. Begin with one of two experiential pathways.

What happens when we place ancient yogic wisdom and biblical teachings in conversation with one another?
ALL IN explores the Yoga Sutras alongside biblical wisdom through teaching, thoughtful discussion, consciousness exploration, reflection, meditation and embodied experience.
Rather than asking participants to choose between traditions, the experience creates space to become curious about their language, ideas, similarities, differences and the questions they open within us.
This workshop can be shaped into a shorter experience or expanded into a deeper multi-day exploration.

The Divine in 9 workshop experience draws from the philosophy behind Dr. Lisha’s five movement methodologies:
Flame • Breeze • Wave • Bamboo • Stone
This is not a shortened version of the Divine in 9 online yoga classes. Instead, the philosophy behind these practices becomes a doorway into deeper exploration.
Yoga Sutra teachings and consciousness work open the conversation. Embodied movement and opening practices invite participants to experience what they are exploring rather than only think about it. Meditation, reflection and integration create space to notice what has shifted and what they want to carry forward.
The experience can be adapted to the group and expanded for deeper workshop formats.
Yoga teachers may be eligible to receive Yoga Alliance continuing education hours for qualifying workshop experiences with Dr. Lisha Antiqua, E-RYT 500, YACEP.
Tell Dr. Lisha about your community and the experience you want to create.

The Yoga Sutras and the Bible come from different traditions, cultures and histories.
ALL IN brings selected teachings into conversation without asking participants to abandon one tradition for another.
Dr. Lisha guides participants through Yoga Sutra philosophy alongside biblical teachings, creating space to explore consciousness, identity, inner awareness, embodiment and the way we live what we believe.
This is not simply a lecture.
The teaching becomes something participants can reflect on, explore and experience.
Examine shared themes across traditions without dogma, opening curiosity around universal human questions.
Guided inquiries, journaling prompts and small-group dialogue to examine personal beliefs and inner patterns.
Accessible movement, somatic grounding and breathwork that anchor philosophical concepts into felt physical reality.
Meditation and contemplative stillness to assimilate insights into everyday life, relationships and community.

ALL IN: A Yoga Sutra & Bible Comparison Study
Whether you are hosting a half-day intensive, a full weekend immersion, or an intimate retreat module, the ALL IN curriculum adapts to the needs of your studio, church, or community group. Dr. Lisha collaborates with hosts to create an inclusive, grounded atmosphere where sincere seekers from all backgrounds feel welcome.
Let’s talk about your audience, your setting and the experience you want to create.
We don't always need the same thing.
Sometimes we need fire.
Sometimes flow.
Sometimes permission to feel and move.
Sometimes stillness.
Sometimes strength.
The philosophy behind Divine in 9 recognizes that our inner experience changes, and our practice can meet us there.
In these workshops, Dr. Lisha uses the five Divine in 9 methodologies as doorways into consciousness and embodiment.
Participants explore ideas through Yoga Sutra teachings and guided reflection, then move beyond thinking through opening practices, embodied exploration, meditation and integration.
FLAME
Fire • Intention • Direction
Explore the energy of choosing, focusing and directing yourself toward what you are ready to create.
BREEZE
Breath • Flow • Adaptability
Explore movement, change and the possibility of staying connected to yourself while allowing life to move.
WAVE
Feeling • Expression • Choice
Explore what is present emotionally and create space for expression, movement and conscious choice without forcing an experience.
BAMBOO
Stillness • Receptivity • Restoration
Slow down enough to notice what becomes available when you stop pushing and create space to receive.
STONE
Strength • Grounding • Integration
Explore steadiness, support and what it means to stand in what you know while integrating what has opened.
A Divine in 9 workshop can be shaped around a particular theme, one or more of the five philosophical lenses, or a larger journey through consciousness and embodiment.
The experience can be created as a focused shorter workshop or expanded into a deeper multi-day format.
Dr. Lisha will work with you during your planning session to understand your audience, your setting and what you want participants to experience.

FOR YOGA TEACHERSQualifying workshop experiences may provide Yoga Alliance continuing education hours through Dr. Lisha Antiqua, E-RYT 500, YACEP. Continuing education is an optional benefit for eligible yoga teachers and should not dominate the section.
Tell Dr. Lisha about your community and let's explore what you could create together.
Some communities are ready for a powerful introduction. Others want the time and space to go deeper. Dr. Lisha can shape both ALL IN and Divine in 9 experiences around your audience, setting, and the amount of time you have together.
A concentrated experience for events, studios, retreats and communities.

A shorter workshop brings teaching and experience together within a focused theme. Depending on the workshop selected, participants may move through:
This format is ideal when you want participants to experience the work within a single event or as part of a larger retreat, conference or community gathering.
More time to explore, experience and integrate.

The multi-day format creates room to move beyond an introduction and into a more layered experience. Teaching unfolds across multiple sessions for deeper exploration:
The exact experience is shaped during the planning process rather than forcing every group into the same agenda.
A retreat group, yoga community, church, professional organization and private gathering may all enter this work differently. During your planning session, Dr. Lisha will learn about your audience, your goals, the time available and the experience you want to create. Together, you'll determine the workshop, focus and format that make sense for your community.
Start with a conversation. We'll build the experience from there.
