What does a live energy session physically feel like?
Everyone's experience is unique, but common sensations include gentle warmth, a feeling of lightness, tingling, or a deep sense of grounding. Even if you feel very little physically, the energetic shifts are still taking place.
How do I need to prepare my space beforehand?
Find a quiet, private room where you won't be interrupted. Have a glass of water nearby, wear comfortable clothing, and ensure your device has a stable internet connection. You may sit up or lie down—whatever allows you to fully relax.
What happens if I lose internet connection during our session?
If we get disconnected, I will hold the space energetically while you reconnect. If the technical issues persist beyond 10 minutes, we will seamlessly reschedule the remainder of your session at no extra charge.
Is energy work effective through a digital screen?
Absolutely. Energy is not bound by physical distance. The intention and connection we establish at the beginning of the call create a profound resonance, making virtual sessions just as powerful as in-person visits.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
These events are LIVE, if you can not or do not show up for the live event then you will not be given a refund. If you contact Dr. Lisha if she is not fully booked for her next live she maybe able to add to you a future list.
