A SIGNATURE METHODOLOGY BY DR. LISHA ANTIQUA
Sexual abuse can shape your relationship with your body, sex, pleasure, desire, boundaries, trust, love, and romantic relationships before you ever had the freedom to define those things for yourself.
Reclaim Intimacy begins differently. Before we focus on being a better partner or having better sex, we begin with you. Your body. Your desires. Your boundaries. Your pleasure. Your voice. Your values. Your choices. Because intimacy begins with knowing yourself deeply enough to choose how you want to share yourself with someone else.
KNOW YOURSELF. TRUST YOURSELF. THEN CHOOSE HOW YOU SHARE YOURSELF.
Private coaching for individuals and couples.

Before we work on your relationship with someone else, we work on your relationship with you.
For survivors of sexual abuse, intimacy can become tangled with what happened in the past.
A body response may be confused with desire.
People-pleasing may be confused with love.
Tolerating something may be confused with consent.
A trigger may be confused with what is happening now.
And someone else’s wants may become easier to recognize than your own.
Reclaim Intimacy begins by separating those things.
First, we help you know yourself.
You begin recognizing what your body is communicating, what you desire, what you enjoy, what you do not want, what feels safe, what triggers you, what you value, what your boundaries are, and what you consciously choose now.
Then we bring that self-knowledge into sex, love, communication, and romantic relationships.
KNOW YOURSELF → TRUST YOURSELF → CHOOSE YOURSELF → SHARE YOURSELF
This is how intimacy becomes a choice instead of another place where you lose yourself.
“INTIMACY DOESN’T BEGIN WHEN SOMEONE ELSE TOUCHES YOU.
IT BEGINS WHEN YOU KNOW YOURSELF WELL ENOUGH TO CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT TO BE KNOWN.”
Before intimacy is something you experience with another person, it is a relationship you have with yourself.
Reclaim Intimacy helps you begin knowing your body, your desires, your values, your boundaries, your pleasure, and your choices as yours.
For survivors of sexual abuse, this distinction matters.
Something may have happened to your body without your consent.
Your body may have responded in ways you did not understand.
You may have learned to disconnect, perform, please, tolerate, hide, or judge parts of yourself in order to survive.
Reclaiming intimacy means you get to discover who you are now.
Not who someone told you to be.
Not what someone did to you.
Not what your body once did automatically.
You.
Begin experiencing your body as your own and learning to recognize what it is communicating to you.
Discover what you genuinely enjoy, want, do not want, and are curious about without automatically judging yourself for it.
Become clearer about your yes, your no, your boundaries, your preferences, and what you require to feel safe.
Expand your ability to experience enjoyment, sensation, receiving, play, and pleasure without making yourself wrong for wanting them.
Healthy intimacy is not disappearing into another person.
It is being able to remain yourself while allowing another person to truly know you.
Once you become clearer about yourself, intimacy with another person can begin to change.
You can communicate what you want instead of expecting someone to guess.
You can recognize the difference between a request and a boundary.
You can say yes because you mean yes.
You can say no and remain connected to yourself.
You can talk about desires, preferences, triggers, and limits with greater clarity.
And when something from the past does surface, you and a safe partner can learn how to respond to what is actually happening instead of allowing an old experience to silently run the relationship.
Reclaim Intimacy helps you bring more of yourself into your relationships, not less.

Practice It in Real Life
Big Impact Over Time
Guided Integration + Coaching
Trauma + Mind-Body Practices
You can understand what happened.
You can have done years of healing.
You can love the person you are with.
And still discover that your body, boundaries, pleasure, or relationships are responding to something much older.
Reclaim Intimacy gives you a way to understand what is happening, reclaim your choices, and begin creating intimacy from who you are today.
Reclaim Intimacy moves through a deliberate progression.
We begin by understanding what the past taught your body, mind, emotions, and relationships. Then we separate those experiences from what you consciously want to believe, choose, experience, and create now.
Recognize how past experiences may still influence your body, beliefs, sexuality, intimacy, and relationships.
Separate what happened to you from what belongs to you now: your body, voice, values, desires, boundaries, and choices.
Discover what you genuinely want, enjoy, value, feel curious about, and choose for yourself without automatically filtering it through the past.
Learn to express your desires, boundaries, preferences, needs, triggers, and hard no's with greater clarity.
Expand your capacity for connection, sensation, vulnerability, pleasure, sexual expression, and receiving.
Bring self-trust, choice, communication, pleasure, play, and connection together to consciously create the intimate life and relationships you want now.
Your intimacy does not belong to your past.
It belongs to you.
Every person's experience is different. These are real reflections from people who have worked with Dr. Lisha and experienced the Reclaim Intimacy methodology.

YOUR STORY WILL BE YOUR OWN.
BUT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KEEP LETTING THE PAST WRITE IT.
Reclaim Intimacy is a one-year private coaching experience because understanding something and actually living differently are not the same thing.
We move through the work gradually, giving you time to explore what you are learning, practice it in your real life, notice what comes up, and bring those experiences back into our coaching together.
The goal is not to race through information.
It is to give small changes enough time to become a different way of knowing, trusting, and sharing yourself.
A full year for learning, practicing, integrating, and creating change.
Move through the Reclaim Intimacy work progressively instead of trying to change everything at once.
Private sessions with Dr. Lisha for guidance, reflection, integration, and support as you move through the experience.
Small practices between sessions help you bring what you are learning into your body, choices, relationships, and everyday life.
Reclaim Intimacy can be experienced privately as an individual or together as a couple.
Your work is shaped around your relationship with yourself, your history, your goals, and the intimacy you want to create now.
Reclaim Intimacy private coaching is a holistic coaching and personal transformation experience. It is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
Reclaim Intimacy is a private one-year experience for survivors who are ready to create a different relationship with their body, sexuality, pleasure, boundaries, love, and intimacy.
